Marshmallows!

I made marshmallows for the holidays. I used this gingerbread marshmallows recipe and I didn’t have a candy thermometer so I was admittedly a little nervous, but they turned out super good and given a use for them would totally make them again.

(they are good, really)

 In related news I got a ice cream maker for Christmas so life if about to get super tastier.
